Founder & Lead Strategist
Three decades building online
Ran Mano built his first website in 1994 and has worked in digital professionally since 1995. In the years since, he has led digital strategy for a Federal Reserve Bank, a Fortune 50 healthcare company, small agencies, and non-profits — and helped build an early web startup that was acquired by Ask Jeeves.
Who I am
A builder before it was a category
"I built my first website in 1994, when 'web developer' wasn't yet a job title. I've been solving the same problem ever since: connecting a real business goal to the right digital experience."
Ran has spent his career at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology. He has hand-coded HTML, run enterprise centers of excellence, rebuilt corporate websites read by tens of millions, and set the social and SEO strategy for institutions where accuracy and reputation are non-negotiable.
That range is the point. He has sat on every side of the work — the scrappy startup, the boutique creative shop, the non-profit with more mission than budget, and the Fortune 50 enterprise — across healthcare, financial services, technology, and the creative sector. Nuance Agency is where that experience comes together for clients who want a senior partner, not a hand-off to junior staff.
